Xbox Summer Game Fest Demo Event coming to Xbox on July 21 through July 27
The events just keep on coming and they don't stop coming.
What you need to know
- Summer Game Fest is an ongoing series of gaming events.
- Xbox is holding a Summer Game Fest Demo Event.
- This event will run from July 21 through July 27.
- There will be over 60 games to try out.
As part of the ongoing barrage that is Summer Game Fest and this year's lack of E3 2020, Xbox has announced its Summer Game Fest Demo Event. This event will begin on July 21 and run through July 27. Demos for over 60 games will be available for everyone at home to try out, including Destroy All Humans!, Haven, Hellpoint, Skatebird and more.
The full list of games will be announced at a later date. Many (but not all) of the games here are a part of ID@Xbox. The announcement does note that these are essentially what would've been "show floor" style demos. As a result, they aren't as polished as demos usually are when published to the Xbox Store.
July will be a big month for Xbox announcements, with a first-party Xbox Series X showcase coming at some point later in the month. The game demos will appear here.
