Xbox Onesies delayed at last minute due to manufacturing flaw
The Xbox Gear team is working to get the flaw fixed "ASAP."
It looks like Xbox fans will have to wait just a little while longer to get their hands on an Xbox Onesie. Following word earlier this week that Xbox Onesies would finally go up for sale on the Xbox Gear Store today, that plan was pulled at the eleventh hour due to a recently discovered manufacturing flaw.
Xbox's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb shared an update on Twitter, explaining that the team is working to get the issue fixed as soon as possible, with the goal being to provide a revised shipping date "in the coming weeks."
To ensure the best possible customer experience, we have made the decision to move out the ship date of the products so that we can correct the issue. Our goal is to get this fixed ASAP and release with a revised ship date in the coming weeks."To ensure the best possible customer experience, we have made the decision to move out the ship date of the products so that we can correct the issue. The Xbox Onesie, as ridiculous as it is, has been an object of envy for Xbox fans since it first made its debut as a limited promotional item in Australia. The gamified gear sports dedicated pockets for Xbox controllers, media remotes, and a mobile phone.
