Xbox One release roundup for the week of September 5, 2016

Predating an upcoming week full of triple-A releases, the past seven days have been packed with a number of smaller titles. While there were no outstanding hits, a range of unique games hit the Xbox Store.

Among this week's biggest releases was the launch of Star Trek Online for the Xbox One and the highly-anticipated indie release, Awesomenauts Assemble! Other highlights include the heavily stylized title, Jotun: Valhalla Edition, and The Elder Scrolls Online's complete 'Gold Edition'.

DOGOS has updated classic shmup games by introducing current technology elements, such as 3D graphics and dynamic camera vision. By imitating open world games, the payer can move around freely through the scenarios, in any direction. This is a real innovation for games of this kind.

Looking forward

Looking into the upcoming week, the next few days mark the launch of the first fall releases. At the start of the week, on September 13, Microsoft's first exclsuive title, ReCore, hits store shelves. Other titles include Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 and BioShock: The Collection. Dead Rising Triple Bundle Pack also releases for the Xbox One, bringing Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2, and Dead Rising 2 Off The Record to the Xbox One.
