Here are all the Xbox One releases for the week of August 1, 2016.
This week's Xbox One lineup lacked any major triple-A releases, but still contained a number of highly anticipated indie titles. The week kicked off with the launch of Telltale's latest Batman episodic series, which takes players to the streets of Gotham City as the iconic Dark Knight. Wednesday also marked the release of the unique couch co-op title, Overcooked, which places players in a hectic multiplayer kitchen environment. Other highlights included Dead Island's divergence into the 16-bit scene through Dead Island Retro Revenge and the introduction of Layers of Fear's Masterpiece Edition.
Here's a full breakdown of this week's Xbox One releases:
Next week's launch line-up is dominated by No Man's Sky's release on PlayStation 4 and PC, which isn't scheduled to hit the Xbox One anytime soon. This doesn't leave Xbox One players empty-handed, however, with the release of platforming labyrinth game, Momentum. As always, we'll likely see a number of unexpected titles hitting the marketplace as the week progresses.
This list has been compiled from Xbox Store listings at the end of the week, alongside any other notable releases.
