Total War: Warhammer 3, Madden NFL 22, and more join Xbox Game Pass in February
A smaller batch, but awesome for those playing on PC.
What you need to know
- Xbox and PC Game Pass typically announce batches of new games heading to the service twice every month.
- On Tuesday, Microsoft revealed the titles heading to Xbox Game Pass in the second half of February, 2022.
- The lineup is smaller than in the first half of February, but is headlined by several PC Game Pass additions.
- Total War: Warhammer 3 is the highlight of the announcement, with Madden NFL 22 also joining through EA Play.
Every month, Xbox and PC Game Pass adds to its growing library of available games with new additions, which can range from fan-favorite classics to all-new day one releases. Microsoft typically announces upcoming games twice a month. As we cross the halfway point of February, 2022, Microsoft is doing exactly that.
Xbox Game Pass provides players with a colossal number of options from which to choose, and the list just got bigger. New games are coming to Xbox Game Pass in the next few weeks. There are fewer new additions this time around, but there's also more of a focus on PC-only titles heading to PC Game Pass. Some high-profile games are heading to the service, as well.
This time around, the announcement is absolutely headlined by the well-reviewed Total War: Warhammer 3, an incredible PC real-time strategy game. Madden NFL 22 also arrives on the service a few months after launch, courtesy of EA Play.
The best Xbox Game Pass games are getting more company with these new arrivals, even without taking into consideration the six other games included in this batch. Games already featured in Xbox Game Pass are also gaining touch controls, or coming to the cloud for the first time.
The games listed here can head anywhere Xbox Game Pass is available, including Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Because of the sheer volume of titles, it can be hard to keep track of all the games coming to and leaving from Xbox Game Pass.
