At the core, Words! is a Find-a-Word type puzzle game where you are given a collection of words and you have to find those words in a field of jumbled up letters. The main menu for Words is not very complicated with options to jump into game play, view more games from the developer, visit the game's Facebook page, email the developer, access the game's settings and toggle between day/night themes.

Words! has two game modes, Challenge and Time Attack. Challenge Mode is a play at your own pace styled game where you have to find all the listed words in the letter field. When you find a word, tap and hold the screen on the first letter and trace the word. As you begin to spell the word out, it will appear above the letter field and when complete, it will remain highlighted on the gaming board.
