Windows 10 Mobile build 10536 language packs and keyboards can now be downloaded

Microsoft released build 10536.1004 of the Windows 10 Mobile preview to Windows Insider testers earlier this week, but the build lacked language packs and keyboards. Now those features are available for users of that build to download.
Windows Insider head Gabriel Aul announced their availability on his Twitter account:
"Language packs and keyboards are now downloadable for Win10 Mobile 10536. Thanks for patience."
In addition, Aul said that a bug that caused the Messaging feature in Windows 10 Mobile to go missing has now been fixed as well:
"We have root caused the issue causing people to lose Messaging on Reset. Won't happen with new installs now, after service-side fix."
