Windows 10 is launching July 29
Microsoft announced earlier this year that Windows 10 will be available over the summer, with no specific launch date. Joe Belfiore has now revealed on Twitter that the operating system will launch on July 29.

Microsoft has started notifying users to reserve their free upgrades to Windows 10, and rolled out a video highlighting the new features launching in the operating system:
Users yet to receive a notification can head to the link below to reserve their copy of Windows 10. The link is still propagating, so if it doesn't work for you just yet, we suggest trying again in a while.
