Currently, there's no better place to buy the HyperX CloudX headset than from HyperX themselves because it's only sold officially at one other retailer: Best Buy. Other than Best Buy and HyperX themselves, the only other way to buy a CloudX is to buy it used from sites like Amazon or eBay. Strangely, despite the fact that it was rigorously tested by Microsoft for the Xbox One console, it's not available on the Microsoft Store.

While it's true that you could buy from Best Buy, there's no advantage to doing so. In my experience where you have options like this, buying directly from the manufacturer is the best course of action. Having a direct line of communication with sales representatives from HyperX instead of those of the middleman, like Best Buy, ensures that your questions about your purchase will be answered by the most qualified individuals.
