Massive ultra-wide monitors have become commonplace in recent years, and that's no less true in the gaming space. Viotek is looking to shake things up further, introducing the SUW49DA, a huge, 49-inch display with an aggressive curve and plenty of gaming bells and whistles.
The Viotek SUW49DA pairs its 49-inch panel with an 1800R curve, which should make its size even more immersive while gaming. The display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate to keep things looking smooth, and that's combined with support for both NVIDIA G-Sync and FreeSync to ensure frames come in without any hitches.
The display itself is a VA panel and it brings HDR400 support, so you should be able to dive into HDR games with crisp colors and deep blacks. The color gamut is also solid, hitting 121 percent sRGB, 86 percent NTSC, 92 percent Adobe RGB, and 90 percent DCI-P3. The contrast ration, meanwhile, comes in at 3000:1. For connectivity, you'll also have two HDMI 2.0 ports and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports.
The Viotek SUW49DA is up for grabs now on Amazon for $979. If you want to grab something a little smalle, you can also check out our list of the best gaming monitors.
