The ViewSonic XG2405 24-inch gaming monitor is down to $179.99 on Amazon and is being sold directly by ViewSonic. The monitor has never dropped this low before, marking a new bargain for a monitor that usually sells at around $220 or more. You can find it going for around $230 or more at other retailers like B&H. This is a relatively new monitor that has been out for less than a year, and we have not seen any great deals on it like today, although it has gotten as low as $200 in the past. Today is just an all-new low.

The ViewSonic monitor has 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, which is Full HD and perfect for a 24-inch screen. It also has a 144 Hz refresh rate, which is great for gamers. Then consider it's built on an IPS panel, which has great color accuracy, and is still able to maintain a 1 ms response time. That's a super fast response time for IPS. Because it's IPS it also has 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles so you can see everything from any vantage point.

If you have an AMD graphics card, you can use AMD FreeSync to reduce screen tearing. This will enable fluid gameplay and reduce motion blur during high octane moments. If you're using a Nvidia graphics card that's from at least the 10xx series or newer, the monitor is G-Sync compatible but you'll have to connect over DisplayPort to get that.

The frameless design makes the most out of every inch of the display, giving you an immersive experience and making multi-monitor setups look great. It also has a fully adjustable stand that can help you find the perfect angle. If you don't want to use the stand, you can use the VESA mount to attach it to a wall or arm mount.

You'll have both HDMI and DisplayPort connectivity. ViewSonic covers the screen with a three-year warranty.
