There was a lot to discuss.
Vertigo Games is the team behind excellent games like Arizona Sunshine and Skyworld. The studio is celebrating its anniversary and we recently had the chance to sit down with Managing Director and Co-founder at Vertigo Games, Richard Stitselaar, to discuss Arizona Sunshine's success, what the future holds for the group, and what he sees as the future of virtual reality (VR).
You can listen to the interview below through SoundCloud. There's a new update to Arizona Sunshine out today so be sure to check it out. The interview was recorded many weeks ago, so you may already know about some of the announcements.
Arizona Sunshine is currently available on almost all VR headsets, including the Oculus Quest. Vertigo Games is currently working on a game called After the Fall which is another spin on the zombie apocalypse genre. It's expected to launch in 2020.
Kill all zombies
Set in a Western-styled VR apocalypse, this game has campaign, co-op, and horde modes that set ou against vicious zombies.
Freedom to move
The Oculus Quest is a standalone VR headset. That means you don't need a PC or phone to use it, and you don't have to duck and dodge around wires. As a result, you can bring VR almost anywhere and immerse yourself in gameplay.
Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold in one
Xbox Game Pass gives you access to over a hundred games for one monthly fee. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also adds Xbox Live Gold to the package so you can play online with your friends and access games.
