UC Browser offers improved privacy management with latest update
UC Browser is a popular web browser for Windows Phone. The app has received a steady supply of updates and today we're looking at version 4.1, which is now available to download from the Windows Phone Store. Today's release focuses on an important area of web browsing: privacy.
The privacy protection offered by UC Browser has been improved in version 4.1 with a more advanced incognito mode and the clearing of cookies (small files websites and services use to store data). But this isn't simply an small update with new privacy features as the team has also added predictive URL to help speed up the process of typing out web addresses and the ability to disable slide gestures.
Thanks, Jeet, for the heads up!
