Trio of Telltale's 'The Walking Dead' games hit Xbox backward compatibility
The dead are shambling onto your console with the latest batch of Xbox backward compatible titles.
Microsoft has added a trio of new titles to the Xbox One backward compatible list, and they're all a part of Telltale's take on The Walking Dead series. Included are The Walking Dead, The Walking Dead: Season Two, and The Walking Dead: Michonne.
Each of the three takes places in the very same universe as the comic series and show. The first and second seasons of Telltale's take follow new groups of survivors as they seek to survive a harsh new world dominated by the undead threat and human threats alike. The Walking Dead: Michonne, on the other hand, lets you follow the story of the iconic series character of Michonne, exploring what she was up to during her disappearance between issue numbers 126 and 139 of the comic book.

The elephant in the room with these additions to the backward compatible catalog, of course, is that these three titles are also available for Xbox One. However, if you already owned the Xbox 360 versions of each game, then their arrival on the backward compatible list means you can play through them once more on your Xbox One without having to shell out for them twice.
