First released in 1999 and 2000 respectively, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 are critically acclaimed skateboarding games. They were originally developed by Neversoft and published by Activision. Today, during a Summer Game Fest stream, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2 remasters were announced. You can check out the announcement trailer below.
Both games are included in one package for the remaster, which was developed by Vicarious Visions. Amusingly enough, before the Summer Game Fest stream was live, Tony Hawk himself started texting people telling them the remasters were on the way.
