Surface Laptop 3: Hands-on with Microsoft's new 15-inch, all-metal notebook

There were plenty of rumors leading up to Microsoft's fall 2019 Surface event that a bigger Surface Laptop was in the cards, and Microsoft gave us our first official look with the debut of the 15-inch Surface Laptop 3 this week. Set for an October 22 launch, the 15-inch version differentiates itself not only in size, but also by running on customized AMD Ryzen CPUs and ditching the Surface Laptop's signature Alcantara fabric covering around the keyboard.
