Several Surfaces are discounted on Microsoft's website, including the most affordable 15-inch Surface Book 2 to date.

Several Microsoft Surface devices are on sale through the Microsoft Store (via Neowin). The Surface Book 2 is on sale for up to $400 off and the Surface Pro 6 has many versions on sale for $200 off.
The lowest priced Surface Book 2 is the 13.5-inch model with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and an Intel Core i5 7300U processor. That model is available for $1,049, but you can upgrade to a significantly better model for just $50 more. The 13.5-inch model with 8GB of RAM, 256 of storage, and an Intel Core i5 8350U processor is available for $1,099. That's double the storage and a newer processor for just $50 more.
The 15-inch model of the Surface Book 2 has hit its lowest price ever at $1,799 for the version with 16GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and an Intel Core i5 8350U processor. Note that that model does not have discrete graphics.
Many models of the Surface Pro 6 are $200 off or more. The cheapest Surface Pro 6 is listed at $799.
