Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order — How to beat Security Droid on Jedi Grandmaster difficulty
Remember to dodge.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is an Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4 game that features exploration and a lot of Dark Souls-like combat. There are a lot of challenging bosses in the game, but the Security Droid is one of the worst. It's somewhat like the fabled Slenderman, and even hugs and punches you.
Luckily, there's a great way to defeat the machine. You have to constantly dodge and keep on attacking it once. Repeating this will result in its destruction. However, be careful when the Security Droid does the glowing red hug because it deals a lot of damage and sometimes can one-hit-kill you. The video below shows you exactly what you need to do.
The Xbox One X version features a 1440p 30 frames per second (FPS) mode and a 1080p 60 FPS mode. In order to tighten up the controls, you should engage the Performance option. Hopefully, this guide helped you if you were struggling to take down this fearsome machine.

Keep in mind that this boss was defeated on Jedi Grandmaster difficulty. If you chose another setting, the fight is much easier because the Security Droid does less damage. However, that also takes the challenge out of the game.
Don't stand out
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is EA's first story-driven Star Wars action game, following the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. From Respawn Entertainment of Titanfall and Apex Legends fame, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be an unmissable experience.
