Star Wars Battlefront 2 multiplayer beta now open to all
If you want to get a taste of Star Wars Battlefront 2 a little early, now's your chance.
EA has opened up the Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta to everyone, following a short early access period for those who preordered the game. Players on all platforms, including Xbox One and on PC.
Throughout the test, EA says you'll be able to test out multiplayer experiences across each of Star Wars' three eras. Galactic Assault on Naboo will pit players against one another in a 20 vs. 20 battle across several stages. Starfighter Assault on Fondor, meanwhile, will let players try out their piloting skills with Battlefront 2's three new starfighter classes. Finally, Strike on Takodana will let players try their hand at one of the game's four classes as the Resistance and First Order do battle around Maz Kanata's castle.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 is due for a full release on November 17 and is available for preorder now starting at $59.99 at Microsoft and Amazon. For more, check out everything we know about Star Wars Battlefront 2.
The open beta is set to run from October 6 through October 9, and you can download it now for Xbox from Microsoft or for PC on EA's own Origin service.
