STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl gets April 28, 2022 release date, gameplay trailer

- The trailer shows extensive combat with enemies as well as dialogue between NPCs and the player.
- The game was also given an official release date of April 28, 2022.
GSC Game World's upcoming Xbox and PC exclusive STALKER 2 has been renamed to STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl and has been given an official release date of April 28, 2022 alongside a brand new gameplay trailer during the Xbox E3 2021 show. In the trailer, combat was extensively shown off as various firearms and explosives were used against enemies. Additionally, dialogue with other characters was also showcased, illustrating that the stalkers of The Zone will have plenty to say to the player and each other during gameplay.
The trailer also gave us a good look at STALKER 2's visuals, audio, and overall artistic presentation, which all appear to be excellent. The intense weather effects on display were particularly impressive, as were the textures and lighting. Overall, we loved what we saw, and we can't wait to get our hands on STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl when it releases next year.
