A spotlight might be the only thing missing from this Windows Phone application. SeeME is a one-of-a-kind app that lets you been noticed anywhere! It combines a series of flashing lights, shapes and signs that is sure to get the attention of anyone within eye shot of your Windows Phone.
The shapes also contain messages for the social atmosphere. For example, you have an animated Call Me sign that will bounce around the screen to catch the attention of that bar fly that has caught your eye. Then there's the beating heart to show that someone special just how you feel.
Asides from the shapes, SeeMe also has four strobes (blue, red, b&w and full color) that gives your Windows Phone that disco feel. On a more serious note, the strobe feature could help signal help should you break down on the side of the road.
