Secret Missions DLC for Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation is optimized for massive battles
The latest DLC for Ashes of the Singularity is set to fill the battlefield with unit remains or completely melt your PC from all the action.
In case Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation was running a little on empty for you, Stardock has released the Secret Missions DLC, which brings to the battlefield new units, more scenarios, and large maps for both single and multiplayer game modes. Your GPU is going to love every minute of it.
The two new frigates sported by Secret Missions are the PHC Atlas and Substrate Tormentor, both capable of reigning fire down on enemy units from afar. As well as these new artillery units, there are eight new scenarios that have been specifically designed to put players in unique situations to test skill and resolve. Oh, and there are new maps that can accommodate up to 14 players because there wasn't enough action on-screen already. More carnage, I say!
As well as the release of Secret Missions, Stardock also rolled out a free update that bumps the game up to version 2.7. This patch includes some adjustments for map balancing and corrects targeting issues for units, as well as fixing some audio issues. Overall, it's DLC you'll want to try out. You can download Secret Missions right now for just $3.99. And if you haven't played Ashes of the Singularity yet, you're missing out on an excellent strategy game.
