Save over $60 on Lexar's newest 1TB NVMe SSD today only at Amazon
There are great SSDs out there in a variety of capacities and speeds. If you're looking for a good option on sale today, check out Amazon's daily deals. One of the sales is a variety of Lexar products ranging from microSD cards to solid state drives, and you can get Lexar's NM620 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD on sale for just $95.99. The same drive was selling for as much as $160 in July and hadn't dropped from that price in months. It recently dropped as low as $120, but even that can't compete with today's price.
Uses the high-speed PCIe Gen 3 interface and can hit read/write speeds up to 3,300 MB/s and 3,000 MB/s respectively. Supports NVMe 1.4 tech and has a 3D NAND controller. The SSD is also vibration and shock resistant. Deal is good for today only.
Lexar's SSD is actually quite new. It was only released near the beginning of 2021. That explains why it hasn't seen a lot of price drops yet, but also shows what kind of value you're getting with a brand new SSD down to its lowest price ever. You might already be using an SSD, and that's great, but you might not have upgraded to one with NVMe tech. That's reserved for SSDs using the M.2 form factor, and it enables a level of speed you can't find it any other drive.
With NVMe 1.4 support and the high-speed PCIe Gen 3 interface, Lexar's NM620 SSD can achieve read and write speeds of up to 3,300 MB/s and 3,000 MB/s respectively. That's crazy fast. It's definitely in line with other NVMe drives. It might not be quite as fast as our favorite SSD, the Samsung 970 Evo Plus, but it's definitely competitive and obviously much less expensive today. It's as much as six times faster than a regular SATA SSD.
While the M.2 2280 is the most common form factor for this sort of SSD, you do want to make sure your motherboard can support it before buying. The drive is also shock and vibration resistant with no moving parts, which makes it very durable and long lasting.
If you're not in the market for an SSD, check out the rest of Lexar's Amazon sale for microSD cards and flash drives down to low prices as well.
