A couple of days ago Microsoft announced some deals on the Surface Pro 8. Many of those discounts are still active. However, Best Buy is currently beating that price by $100 on a very specific configuration of the tablet. You can get this version of the Surface Pro 8 on sale for $1,299.99. Not only is that $100 better than Microsoft, it's actually $300 off the device's normal price. This is a featured Deal of the Day for Best Buy, so the price won't last forever or even as long as Microsoft's ongoing sale.

We gave the Surface Pro 8 4.5 stars out of 5 in our review and called it The Best. Daniel Rubino said it "finally hits its full potential with the all-new redesign for 2021. With Thunderbolt 4, optional LTE, 120Hz display, new haptic Slim Pen, 11th Gen Intel, and a new graphite colorway this is a worthwhile upgrade."

This version in particular includes a 13-inch touchscreen display with 2880 x 1920 pixel resolution and that 120Hz refresh rate that helps it look so good. Plus you get an Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor, 16GB DDR4 RAM that's great for multi-tasking, and a 256GB solid state drive that is super fast. Since the Pro 8 is on the Intel Evo platform, you also know it has a great battery life (up to 16 hours) and Thunderbolt 4 ports with super-fast 40 Gbps data transfer speeds.

The Pro 8 is also designed to work well with the improved haptic Slim Pen 2 and Surface Pro Signature Keyboard. These are extra accessories you'll most definitely want to spend your savings on for the full Surface experience.
