Samsung's QN85A is an excellent TV for the Xbox Series X, and it's up to $500 off
Samsung's QN85A supports a bunch of features that make it great for the Xbox Series X.
Samsung's QN85A TV is discounted right now at Best Buy and through Samsung's own website. The QN85A has many of the features seen in the best 4K TVs for the Xbox Series X but has a lower starting price than many of its competitors. Savings vary depending on the size you choose, but the current discount brings the Samsung QN85A to its Black Friday 2021 pricing.
As is usually the case, if you want the biggest savings off MSRP, you need to get an expensive model. The 85-inch Samsung QN85A is currently $2,800, which is $500 off its normal price. The 55-inch model of the TV is more of a bargain. At $1,100, it's over 26% off.
This 4K TV has several specs that help you get the most out of your Xbox Series X. It supports HDMI 2.1, has a 120Hz refresh rate, and supports several HDR standards. It also has a compact body and thin profile that makes it easy to mount on a wall or prop up on its stand.
The Samsung QN85A supports HDMI 2.1 and has a 120Hz refresh rate. Its display also works with several standards, including HLG, HDR10, and HDR10+. With support for eARC on one port, a pair of USB ports, a digital optical output connection, and an Ethernet socket, the TV can easily connect to a range of devices. It is worth noting, however, that HDMI 2.1 is only supported on a single port.
In their Samsung QN85A review, our colleagues at T3 gave the television a perfect score. "There are small issues with it, but the sheer image quality you're getting for the price totally wins me over," said T3's Simon Lucas.
