AMD's new Ryzen 5000 series CPUs launched today and quickly sold out. The new chips sold out across most retailers within 20 minutes, though some processors went in even less time. While the CPUs may be sold out as standalone units, you can still get a Ryzen 5 5600X, Ryzen 7 5800X, Ryzen 9 5900X, or Ryzen 9 5950X CPU inside a PC by ordering a pre-built PC from NZXT.

NZXT has pre-built configurations with the Ryzen 5000 series inside, including the Ryzen 5 5600X, Ryzen 7 5800X, and Ryzen 9 5950X. Some of them are listed as coming soon, though that could be due to stock shortages. The Ryzen 9 5950X option had a "Get this build" option earlier today but now says, "Coming soon."

The Ryzen 5000 series starts with the Ryzen 5 5600X, a six-core processor with 12 threads. The series goes all the way up to the Ryzen 9 5950X, which has a whopping 16 cores and 32 threads.
