Resident Evil 3 guide: List of where to find all Charlie Doll bobblehead locations
Smash every last one of these smug, creepy little bobbleheads.
One of the many different collectibles in Resident Evil 3 is the different Charlie Doll bobbleheads. Including bobbleheads that must be tracked down and destroyed is something of a series tradition, as 2017's Resident Evil 7: Biohazard had the Mr. Everywhere statuettes, while 2019's Resident Evil 2 remake had the Mr. Raccoon bobbleheads.
Just like in both of those games, there's 20 bobbleheads to find and break in Resident Evil 3. We've got the full list of where you can find them right here. You can click or tap the images to enlarge them.

Resident Evil 3 takes Jill Valentine's escape from Raccoon City and brings it up to modern standards, with tight gunplay and action merged with tense survival horror.
Every Charlie Doll bobblehead in Resident Evil 3
If you're paying attention to the game's sounds, you'll generally have a good idea when a bobblehead is near. Each Charlie Doll makes a distinct clacking sound that will never stop. It's subtle, but it's there. Actually finding the little devils is another matter, as despite knowing one of them is in the room with you, they are often hidden very effectively.
Also remember — you need to destroy the doll in order to "collect" it. Shooting works, but if possible, use your knife, as it'll help you save ammo.
Charlie Doll #1
This bobblehead is particularly easy to miss. After Carlos saves you from Nemesis with a rocket launcher, wait until the cutscene ends. Turn around, go up the stairs and look between the newspaper stands at the entrance to Redstone Street Station.
Charlie Doll #2
This doll can be found on one of the shelves in the Toy Uncle store, as seen below. Do note that you'll need the lockpick item to access this toy store.

Charlie Doll #3
In the Donut Shop, another bobblehead can be seen on a shelf behind the shop's counters.
Charlie Doll #4
For this bobbly buffoon, go to the Subway Office. Look on the floor underneath the box of donuts on the control desk.
Charlie Doll #5
This doll can be located in the dark room in the Downtown section. It's the safe room with the safe holding a handgun upgrade. You'll need to look up high on one of the shelves.
Charlie Doll #6
You'll locate another bobblehead by checking a shelf in the Control Room of the Central Power Substation. If you haven't gotten the power back on yet, it'll be pretty dark, so check carefully.
Charlie Doll #7
This next doll can be found in the Sewers. It's just past a locked grate right next to the short ladder leading up into the Lab.
Charlie Doll #8
You'll find this doll just as you manage to escape the Sewers in Raccoon City. As you're going up the stairs, turn around. You'll see a doll perched on a balcony across from you. If Jill starts a radio conversation, you've gone too far.
Charlie Doll #9
When you've beaten Nemesis in the rooftop battle and you make your way past the alley unlocked with the Gun Store Kendo Key, you'll end up in a small house. This doll will be directly in front of you upon entering the house.
Charlie Doll #10
The first time you play Carlos, go around to the back of the Police Station and check the courtyard. You'll see a bobblehead there.
Charlie Doll #11
While exploring the RPD building, you'll find a bobblehead in the Safety Deposit Room, which requires a key to enter. Look in the very back of the room, high on a shelf.
Charlie Doll #12
Returning to Jill, another doll is in one of the small side rooms as you're going through the Subway Tunnels. I accidentally destroyed it with a grenade before getting an image, but it's right where Jill is aiming below.
Charlie Doll #13
After you leave the Subway Tunnels and begin exploring the Clock Tower Plaza, you'll find this doll next to a crate behind a green vehicle.
Charlie Doll #14
Playing as Carlos again, you'll be exploring the Hospital looking for a vaccine to give Jill. On the first floor, you'll see a bobblehead on a gurney right before a door. It's one of the most obvious ones to find in the game.
Charlie Doll #15
Continuing on, you'll briefly have to use a rooftop access since the hallways in the Hospital are blocked off. This doll will be greeting you when you first step outside.
Charlie Doll #16
Go to the Hospital Sickroom. In there, you'll find that this creepy little jerk is hiding in a trash can. Fitting.
Charlie Doll #17
Once you've woken up as Jill and used the lockpick to access the Hospital Basement, you'll find a forklift. This bobblehead is perched right on it.
Charlie Doll #18
In the Underground Storage area, you'll be searching for three fuses. Find the staircase leading up to a room that connects back into the Safe Room. From that staircase, check the nearby shelves. The doll will be at about eye level with Jill.
Charlie Doll #19
Proceeding further into Nest 2, check the vaccine mixing room. There's a small overlook you can check, with another creepy bobblehead tucked away in the corner.
Charlie Doll #20
The final doll is very close by, in Lab 1 within Nest 2. You'll find it on a pallet.
And there you have it! Breathe a sigh of relief, no more bobblehead hunting is necessary!
