Red Stripe Deals: Koozac, Cocktail Flow and Submarine Patrol

The Windows Phone Store Red Stripe Deals this week deal with an Xbox puzzle game, an app to help you tend bar and a game to sink battleships.

For those not familiar, each week Microsoft slashes the prices on three titles in the Windows Phone Store. The Red Stripe Deals consist of an Xbox Windows Game, an app, and a game from an independent developer. Discounted titles will have a red stripe around it's icon tile.

Your Xbox Windows Phone game this week is Koozac. Koozac is a falling block puzzle game that has colored blocks that are numbered. Your goal is to match up numbers vertically that add up to a target number that is displayed in the top left corner of the gaming screen.

Koozac has three game modes (Puzzle, Endless and Blitz) with sixty levels of play in the Puzzle mode. You can compete against Facebook Friends in the Blitz mode to see who can rack up the highest score in a sixty second challenge.

There is a free trial version available for Koozac with the full version being offered at the Red Stripe discounted price of $.99. You can find Koozac here in the Windows Phone Store.

Cocktail Flow has been a staff favorite ever since it hit the Store shelves. It's a beautifully laid out mixology app that has a healthy collection of drink recipes.

Cocktail Flow will highlight a Cocktail of the Day, sort cocktails by category (base drink, type, color), and group drinks into themes or packages. You can also manage your bar inventory with Cocktail Flow.

There is a trial version available for Cocktail Flow with the full version currently running $.99. You can find Cocktail Flow here in the Windows Phone Store.

Submarine Patrol is the indie gaming title this week and puts you behind the periscope of a submarine tasked to sink enemy battleships during the Falkland War.

The game might be the only video game based during the 1982 skirmish between Britain and Argentina. The retro graphics gives Submarine Patrol a nice arcade game feel and game play is challenging enough to keep things from getting stale.

There is a trial version available for Submarine Patrol with the full version running at the discounted price of $.99. You can find Submarine Patrol here in the Windows Phone Store.

Keep in mind that Red Stripe Deals only last a week when a new set of Windows Phone titles will become discounted. If you're on the fence about picking up any of these three titles, now is your chance to save a little.
