Ranked play is coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 this month
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is about to get serious.
Every year, Activision releases a new Call of Duty game and fans of the franchise love it. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 revives the fan-favorite series, fully embracing its multiplayer success, while exploring new online modes such as "Zombies." A battle royale mode called "Blackout" is also part of the package.
Ranked play is an important part of Call of Duty, and surprisingly, it was missing from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 at launch. Luckily, Treyarch has a plan and the team said that it wants to add it to be game at the end of January. However, thorough playtesting needs to occur, so if there are issues, it might be pushed into February. The studio issued the following statement on its website and a copy of it was posted on Charlie Intel.
It's great to see that ranked play is making its way to the game this month. Let's hope that there aren't any delays! What do you think of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4? Let us know.
