Rage 2 post-launch plans include two paid expansions, 'Rise of the Ghosts' launches this summer
There's a lot of free content!
Rage 2 is just around the corner, and Bethesda keeps on releasing new information about the title. In an infographic Bethesda provided to retailer GameStop, the company revealed the post-launch plans for the hotly-anticipated title. While there are two paid expansions, Rage 2 will receive a lot of free content.
It's unclear how much the paid expansions will cost, we do know that they add new story content, weapons, abilities, regions, and much more. If they're priced reasonably, a lot of gamers may pick them up. The free DLC mostly includes cosmetic items and cheat codes.

Rage 2 is a first-person shooter which takes place in a post-apocalyptic future. Following a catastrophic asteroid impact, Earth is in ruin and numerous individuals are put into underground hibernation. Unfortunately, events don't go according to plan and the surface is overrun by mutants and an oppressive organization known as "The Authority." It's up to you to liberate everyone and dismantle the oppressive regime once and for all.
Rage 2 launches next week on May 14 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The title runs at 1080p 60 frames per second (FPS) on Xbox One X. Unfortunately, it doesn't feature a 4K 30 FPS option so it may look a little blurry on 4K displays.
