Purple Fortnite Xbox One S goes up for preorder, launches June 7

What you need to know

  • A purple Fortnite Xbox One S launches on June 7.
  • It comes with V-Bucks and other cosmetic items for the game.
  • It features a purple gradient design previously reserved for Xbox One X consoles.
  • You can preorder it for $250 on Amazon.

A few days ago, a purple Fortnite-themed Xbox One S was leaked by a German outlet. The images appeared to be genuine, and despite the fact that it's only an Xbox One S, gamers were really excited due to its stunning design. We didn't know when it would be available, but given the fact that E3 2019 is right around the corner, many assumed it would be during Microsoft's media briefing.

Luckily, that's not the case. The purple "Xbox One S Fortnite Battle Royale Special Edition Bundle" should launch tomorrow, June 7, and costs $250. The package may be discounted for Microsoft's E3 2019 sale by $50. You can preorder it from Amazon and the Microsoft Store right now.

The new Xbox One S bundle includes a purple 1 TB Xbox One S, the "Dark Vertex" cosmetic set featuring a legendary outfit, epic glider, and rare pickaxe, 2000 V-Bucks, a one-month Xbox Live Gold subscription, and an Xbox Game Pass trial. It's a complete package for anyone who loves Fortnite, especially children who want to stand out through its cosmetics.
