Preorders are open for the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands Collector's Edition

Blizzard Entertainment used today's World of Warcraft: Shadowlands live stream event to reveal the Collector's Edition of the MMORPG's latest expansion, which will release this fall along with a Base Edition, Heroic Edition and Epic Edition. The latest expansion takes players into the realm of the dead, where they'll ally themselves with one of four Covenants concerned with ensuring all the villains and heroes of Azeroth get their just rewards.
The Base Edition just gets you a copy of the expansion for $40 while the $60 Heroic comes with a level 120 character boost, Ensorcelled Everwyrm flying mount, and the opportunity to quest for the Vestments of the Eternal Traveler transmog set. The Epic Edition adds in an Anima Wyrmling pet, a Wraithchill cosmetic weapon effect, an Eternal Traveler's Hearthstone animation, and 30 days of game time.
The $120 Collector's Edition, which is available for preorder now, includes all of those digital perks plus:
- An artbook
- A key for a digital soundtrack
- A collection of four pins, one for each of the game's Covenants
- A Shattered Sky mousepad
