PicHit.Me team up with Microsoft and Shutterstock to offer photographers a chance to win over $10,000 in prizes
PicHit.Me is a crowd-sourced stock photography service, offering designers the ability to search for and request specific photos or scenes, and photographers the ability to monetize their work through licensing deals.
PicHit.Me were featured during Build 2015 for apps which integrate with Office 365 and PowerPoint, which allows you to pull down photographs without leaving your work area.
The Swedish start-up has teamed up with Microsoft and Shutterstock to offer over $10,000 worth of prizes to photographers, including heaps of Microsoft hardware and other goodies.
The theme of the competition is My World, and you can interpret that however you like:

There are no limits on the amount of times you can enter, so the more photographs you take the more likely you are to win. Sadly I live in the ugliest town in England so I'm probably out of luck. If you're a keen photographer or a casual shutterbug it may be worth considering entering.
