Outlook hit a snag today, with many users reporting an outage with Microsoft's email service. According to Down Detector, the outage began shortly before 1 p.m. ET, with hundreds of users reporting problems.

Microsoft has yet to acknowledge an issue with Outlook. According to the company's Microsoft 365 service status page, everything is still up and running. However, if Microsoft provides an update, we'll update this post with more information as it becomes available.
Update 1: Microsoft has updated its service status page to note that people may have issues accessing their Outlook accounts because of an update to network infrastructure. The company has rolled back the update and is monitoring improvements.
