The LG Optimus 7 has popped up on one of Australia's biggest daily deals websites. Catch of the Day has the first generation WP7 phone for $179, available until the units sell out. These are unlocked handsets for use on Australian carrier Optus. Speculation is that Optus is clearing out what's left of their first generation stock to make way for newer Gen2 phones.
The LG Optimus 7 is nicely equipped with:

- 16GB onboard
- 1Ghz CPU
- 5MP Camera w/ LED Flash
