While PC World place Windows Phone in their Top 10 Tech Wins of the year, the Nokia Lumia 800 was finding its way to another list. Business Insider has ranked the Nokia Windows Phone amongst the twenty best new gadgets of 2011.
The publication feels the Lumia "truly demonstrates the power of the underrated Windows Phone 7 platform" and notes that the Lumia is important because,
This is the phone that could make or break Windows Phone 7 for good.
I'm not sure we're ready to hinge the success of Windows Phone on the Lumia 800 just yet. However, it is nice to see the phone and platform getting some much deserved attention. Now if we could just have them released in this neck of the woods.
