Ninja Gaiden II, Fable II, Splinter Cell: Conviction, and more get Xbox One X Enhanced

Today during the Inside Xbox show, Microsoft announced that Ninja Gaiden II was coming to Xbox One backward compatibility. However, that's not all. The title will also be Xbox One X Enhanced, meaning that it runs at nine times the resolution on the system. Luckily, some existing games are also getting Xbox One X Enhanced like Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Splinter Cell: Conviction, and Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Fable II and Fable III are being upgraded for the system, too.

The Splinter Cell series follows Sam Fisher as he tried to prevent nefarious forces from destabilizing the United States. However, sometimes he becomes the target after he's betrayed by the officials he protects.

Ninja Gaiden II is an incredible action game and features thoughtful combat. Despite it's age, it still holds up even to this day, and it's clear why it's regarded as a cult classic. The title looks even better on a 4K display because now it's sharp and runs incredibly smoothly.

Lastly, Fable II and Fable III are role-playing games which offer a lot of freedom. Fable II and Fable III may not be as memorable as the original game, but they incorporate excellent new mechanics which make them deeper experiences.
