Starfield is the next major RPG from Bethesda Game Studios. While it's still over a year away, Bethesda shared new videos on Thursday, giving players a better idea of some of the locations they'll be exploring. There's three separate videos narrated by design director Emil Pagliarulo, covering the locations of Akila, Neon and New Atlantis.
Akila is described as the capital city of the Free Star Collective, a "loose confederation" of three star systems that believe in personal freedom. Outside of the walled city, there are deadly alien creatures known as Ashta, which are a cross between wolves and velociraptors. Neon is a "pleasure city" that was originally a fishing outpost built by the Xenofresh corporation. This corporation discovered a drug called Aurora, which is now legal only on Neon. Finally, there's New Atlantis, capital of the United Colonies, which is the most powerful political and military faction in-game.

Starfield is currently slated to arrive on Nov. 11, 2022. It'll be available exclusively on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC. Like all Xbox first-party titles, it'll also launch into Xbox Game Pass.
Starfield isn't the only Xbox exclusive from Bethesda coming next year, as Arkane Austin is working on Redfall, an open-world game that pits up to four players against vampires. Redfall is currently scheduled to be coming sometime in Summer 2022.
