Mysterious LG Windows Phone shows up on Sina Weibo

Not much to go on here folks which is what usually happens before CES. But what we have here in a new LG Windows Phone that hasn't seen before. It also doesn't look like the LG Fantasy, which we saw a few days ago, unless this is a later build.
For one, the front-facing camera is more to the right than the Fantasy. Also, the Bing Search button is designed a bit differently. All we know is what the poster of the image has told us (translated):
"LG's engineering machine, etc. when you can see at CES. Not for sale."
So there you go. Is it something to get excited about? As of late, LG has hardly thrilled us with their devices but as far as mid-range ones go, they do all right. We'll make sure to swing by the LG booth though next week to see what this thing is.
