MTV has launched an official app for Windows Phone, enabling those with TV subscriptions to catch up with their favorite shows, whether it be Catfish, Awkward, Teen Wolf or Teen Mom 2. Not only are there capabilities to enjoy playback of numerous episodes, but MTV has also added in its news division with pop culture and fashion covered, as well as movies. You then have MTV Geek bundled and Hive for music fans, making MTV Shows really a fully featured video experience.
While there are categories to cover the sources included in general MTV coverage, there's an emphasis on video. When you're tired of watching through shows and checking out what's happening to the Kardashion family, MTV Other is on-hand to offer you some humorous, sometimes outrageous, exclusive entertainment in the form of series. Also, for those who enjoy tuning into live events and whatnot, MTV Video Music Awards (MVMA), MTV Movie Awards, summer music festivals and more are also covered.
