MSI unveils new PCs and gaming gear ahead of Computex
MSI is gearing up to announce some new gaming gear and computers at Computex 2017 next week.
Whether you're looking to invest in a new gaming rig, a machine that can handle 4K and VR entertainment with ease, or simply a new motherboard to add some "killer" features and lighting effects, MSI has you covered with the company's latest, award-winning product announcements for the upcoming Computex event.
MSI GT83VR Titan SLI Notebook
Sporting not only the latest in processing power from Intel, the GT83VR also comes with either Nvidia's GTX 1070 or 1080 in SLI configuration. That's right, this thing has dual graphics processing for enhanced gaming performance. This makes it a compelling choice for 4K and VR entertainment, packing a Cherry MX Silver mechanical keyboard. Other cool features include ESS Sabre Hi-Fi DAC, Dynaudio speakers, and per-key RGB backlighting.
MSI VR One Backpack PC
The VR One is an incredibly thin and light VR-capable backpack PC. Don't allow the small dimensions and weight fool you into thinking it's not a powerful Windows machine. Featuring a unique cooling system and hot-swappable battery packs for prolonged sessions with an immersive headset, MSI wants this PC to be the go-to for all VR gaming fans who want to go for hours without returning to reality.
MSI Vortex G25VR Desktop
Not only do we have a new notebook and portable PC for VR gaming, but also a compact PC, too. The Vortex G25VR has dual fans and eight heat pipes to maximize available cooling performance in tight spacing. Ideal for home theater and living room VR experiences, this unit comes with Hi-Res audio and Nahimic 2+/VR.
MSI Infinite Series Desktops
If you're not quite into the whole VR business, MSI's Infinite Series gaming desktops may be right up your alley. These down-to-earth platforms offer the latest and greatest from Intel, Nvidia and AMD. They're designed for owners to upgrade specific components without issue to remain at the top of the leaderboard. What makes these interesting for system builders is the MSI Silent Storm Cooling 3 thermal design, which makes them super quiet.
MSI PRO 20EX AIO PC
Should you wish to enjoy having your entire desktop PC inside a single unit, the PRO 20EX all-in-one machines are powerful solutions for various applications. A bunch of I/O options joins a smart-looking crystal frame and blue light-reducing display. Designed for both business and downtime, the PRO 20EX offers strong desktop performance for productivity and entertainment.
Components and gear
MSI also announced some new components for system builders and accessories for gamers, including:
