MSI announces Creator 17 and Prestige 14 laptops at CES 2020

MSI announced two more laptops at CES 2020, the MSI Creator 17 and the MSI Prestige 14. The Creator 17 is the first laptop ever to have a Mini LED display, according to MSI, as well as the first to meet HDR 1000 standards. The Prestige 14 now has a rose pink diamond-cut design.
MSI didn't share much in terms of specs or internals. The Creator 17 has a 17-inch 4K display with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. It has Mini LED backlighting, which make whites and blacks sharper and more vibrant. It also has a 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut.
The Prestige 14 features slim chassis and a "premium texture," according to MSI. MSI summaries the device by saying, "Known for its pure white and carbon gray designs, the MSI Prestige 14 will now be available in elegant rose pink with diamond-cut trimmings. The new design inherits Prestige 14's slim chassis, premium texture, high-end performance and the True Pixel precise color accuracy of MSI's Prestige series."
MSI did not share pricing or availability details at the time of publication.
