Minecraft Dungeons, the co-op action-RPG spin-off of Minecraft, just began celebrating its one-year anniversary. One year on, Minecraft Dungeons has released five DLC expansions, including the recently launched Minecraft Dungeons Hidden Depths DLC and has added a ton of new content and improvements to the game. Today, Mojang Studios is adding to the celebrations with some fascinating Minecraft Dungeons player statistics.
Minecraft Dungeons continues to grow, and now boasts of over 11.5 million unique players. This is a marked improvement over the 10 million players Mojang reported in February, 2021. Mojang Studios also revealed some other neat statistics for Minecraft Dungeons during its first anniversary, including:
- 11.5 million unique players in 232 countries and territories
- Nearly 1.4 million Arch-Illager defeats on Apocalypse difficulty
- Over 1.5 quadrillion damage dealt to enemies, over 100 trillion damage received
- Most equipped items include the double axe, rapid crossbow, mystery armor, and death cap mushroom
- Over 1.1 billion health potions used
- Over 500 million TNT thrown
- Over 400 billion blocks walked
- And more
