Microsoft's Ringtone Maker app officially launches for Windows 10 Mobile
Microsoft has officially launched its Ringtone Maker app for Windows 10 Mobile after several months in beta. It allows users to create their own custom ringtones out of songs.
The app launched in beta form in January, and lets users edit any DRM-free song for their ringtone or for notification alerts. The beginning and end of the song can be altered, and the length can be cut down to as small as one second.
While many Windows 10 Mobile users are reporting that the new version is available in the store, some are still downloading the older beta version. It's likely that the new non-beta version is still rolling out and it may take a little while to get to everyone.
