Microsoft celebrates Star Wars Day with freebies and discounts on games, music and more
Microsoft has a number of freebies and discounts to help celebrate Star Wars Day today (May 4, otherwise known as "May the Fourth be with you"). They include price cuts on in-app purchases for Windows Phone and Windows 8.1 games, along with a sale of the film's soundtrack.
The Xbox Music Deals app for Windows Phone and Windows 8.1 is now selling The Music of Star Wars: 30th Anniversary Collector's Edition for $34.99, cutting its price by $11. However, you have to act fast as this deal expires today.

Gamers who enjoy the free-to-play games Star Wars Commander and Star Wars Rebels: Recon Mission for Windows Phone will be able to buy in-app purchases for both games for 66% off their normal prices.
