Mega recently launched an official app for Windows Phone, but the company has released a second app on the store. It's not known why there are now two versions of the same app listed for Windows Phone, and we're looking at 2.0.0.1 instead of version 2.
The second app itself appears to be a duplicate, replicating the functionality of the originally released solution, which remains available to add to the confusion. As well as the slight version increment, the second Mega app has also been named differently, dropping the "* MEGA *" for Mega Privacy.
The official Mega Twitter account has indeed linked to this new version, making us believe the company will be taking this one forward. Notice anything else new in the new app? Let us know in the comments!
