Lenovo's ThinkPad X1 Extreme has earned its moniker, offering up plenty of power on demand. The latest refresh, the ThinkPad X1 Extreme (Gen 3) continues that tradition, sticking to Intel's latest processors and an "ultra performance mode" intended to give you more control over the performance of the laptop.
The ThinkPad X1 Extreme (Gen 3) is packed with Intel's 10th Gen H-series processors with vPro. You can snag up to a Core i9 processor, along with optional NVIDIA GeForce 1650 Ti graphics. Both power a 15.6-inch display that can hit up to 600 nits of brightness with screen types ranging from a 1080p IPS option to a 4K OLED panel.
