Inside Xbox returns September 24, focuses on Project xCloud
Let's see what's in store.
What you need to know
- Every month, Microsoft hosts an Inside Xbox show to discussing upcoming games and features.
- On September 24, the event returns with new details about Project xCloud.
- Project xCloud is supposed to enter public trials in October so we should know more tomorrow.
Every month, Microsoft holds an Inside Xbox show to discuss upcoming games and other features. In the past, the company has promised to start Project xCloud trials — its cloud game streaming service — in October. However, we haven't received any information.
It seems like this is going to change tomorrow, September 24, because Xbox UK just tweeted that Project xCloud, X019, and more will be highlighted during the event. Hopefully, we'll know more about the platforms Project xCloud will be available on as well as how to sign up. There are rumors floating around that Project xCloud may be a part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but we'll have to see about that. As with any such "leak," take it with a grain of salt until we receive official confirmation.
The Inside Xbox show will take place at 6 PM EDT. You can watch it on Mixer or YouTube. Since the Mixer livestream isn't up yet, we've added a link to the YouTube livestream above. Keep in mind that watching the event on Mixer may grant you some in-game rewards for titles like Sea of Thieves or others.
What do you want to see from this Inside Xbox show? Let us know. We're looking forward to learning more about Project xCloud and its launch date.
