Infinite Minigolf will swing onto Xbox One with custom courses and more this spring
Zen Studios, the developer behind Pinball FX2, has announced that its latest venture, Infinite Minigolf, will be headed to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch later this spring. PC players are covered as well, as a version of the game has already been up for grabs through Steam's early access program.
Infinite Minigolf is Zen Studios' second take on a minigolf game, following on the heels of 2010's Planet Minigolf. This time around, players will have improved tools available to create their own custom courses with a variety of course tiles, objects, and environments to choose from. When you're ready to play, you can jump into either single player or online multiplayer with up to 8 people. As you play, you'll unlock new gear to customize your cartoony avatar, powerups and more. In addition, the PC version (along with PS4) will eventually support VR with the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
There's no exact release date set for Infinite Minigolf, but Zen Studios promises it will be ready for consoles and a full Steam release later this spring. If you want to try it out early, you can grab Infinite Minigolf in early access on Steam for $15 now.
