Heroes of the Storm is a multiplayer online battle arena game developed Blizzard Entertainment. It features characters from all of the company's acclaimed franchises like Diablo, Overwatch, and more. While the title started off as a somewhat lackluster experience, it has become quite addictive in recent months. The continued support and the odd mashups are the reason behind its relative success.
Today, the team added a new character named Qhira. According to Blizzard, she's a deadly Iresian Bounty Hunter and Melee Assassin, armed with an Iresian Chainblade, which helps ensure that she always collects her bounties. A former knight of her now-shattered homeland, Qhira's prowess is unmatched on the battlefield. Her distinctive playstyle is great for lightning-fast moves and dealing high amounts of damage.
Adam Jackson, the Live Designer for Heroes of the Storm, told us more about the new character's abilities. In an interview he conducted with Windows Central, he said the following.
Qhira is definitely a unique and incredibly powerful character, but it takes time to master her moves. However, if you're able to get past that initial learning curve, she can be quite deadly. What do you think of her abilities? Let us know.
